Lithia Jeep Chrysler Dodge of Medford

An attempt to allow customers to browse multiple dealerships in one location, this project is the first of many to be constructed in the Oregon Automall at the intersection of Crater Lake Highway and Coker Butte Road. Working with CSHQA (Boise, ID) and Terra Science (Portland, OR) HEA developed a site plan to incorporate a 58,000 sf sales and service building, wetlands, and parking for hundreds of new and used vehicles on a 13 acre site.

HEA, Inc. provided all of the surveying work (topographic maps, easements, plats, etc) that was necessary to complete this project. HEA, Inc designed the storm system utilizing both above ground and subsurface detention measures. Bioswales and detention ponds were used to ensure that rainwater was treated prior to discharging into the Wetlands.
