Evergreen Way

With the ever-growing need for parking in the heart of downtown Medford, a strip of undeveloped property was improved to provide parking and access on the west side of the Central Oregon and Pacific Railroad.  The improvements included a meandering drive aisle and parking stalls with a total of 49,500 square feet of pavement.  The project began at 4th Street and extended to 10th Street, including five (5) railroad crossings and street improvements.  Underground utility improvements included 1300 feet of waterline and a storm drainage system conveying the 10-year storm event and providing the required detention volume.
