9th Street Pedestrian Bridge

As pedestrian safety is an ever growing concern, an access was developed from the parking lot on Almond Street across Bear Creek. The project consisted of a bridge, sidewalk, paving and landscaping. Coordinating with Galbraith & Associates and RTM & Associates, HEA helped make this a reality . HEA, Inc. was responsible for providing demolition plans, grading and striping plans a bike routing plan and erosion and sediment control plans. HEA, Inc. also provided a topographic survey, legal descriptions and construction staking.
