Lithia Toyota (Springfield, OR)

Working with Ron Grimes Architect, HEA developed the site layout for a new 8300 sf sales building and new vehicle display lot in downtown Springfield. HEA designed the grading layout for the 1.5 acre lot as well as sidewalk improvements on all street frontages. As water quality for storm drain runoff is important, a biofiltration swale was implemented into the landscape, creating an effective, yet visually pleasing amenity.
