The La Z Boy Furniture Galleries Project consisted of a 21,000 square foot retail building on a 1.72 acre site located in Phoenix, Oregon. The project required coordination with the Oregon Department of Transportations' Hydraulic Engineer, Home Depot, and the City of Phoenix and  required detention, storm drain, parking layout, grading, horizontal control and striping plans
