HEA has been in business in the Medford area since 1981, serving Southern Oregon and Northern California. Our equipment is state of the art, which translates to a product being produced at a faster rate than most competitors. HEA is a full service, Engineering, Surveying, and Planning Company. Our aerial mapping and photography can dramatically bring down survey costs. The visual color presentations are outstanding and help out during public meetings. HEA can take care of projects from the initial conception, through plan preparation, bidding, and then final construction. |
HEA provides years of
experience in civil engineering, land surveying, planning, and transportation
engineering, serving both public and private clients as well. Combining our
desire to serve, our education, experience, and thorough understanding of
projects and their process, we can provide our clients with results that meet
their needs and desires, while keeping the overall project costs to a
minimum.
Established in 1981, HEA has the staff and experience to meet our client's needs.
