Hardey Engineering & Associates, Inc. (HEA) is a multi-departmental firm with extensive knowledge and experience in Civil Engineering, Surveying, and Construction Management and Inspection that consists of engineers licensed in Oregon, California, Washington, Alaska,

and Arizona.  HEA is committed to producing innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions for the satisfaction of our clients.

We apply our collective expertise (over 150 years of combined experience) to ensure that all aspects of a project are properly designed, coordinated, and feasible to construct.  We will bring technical competence and creative thinking to promoting project design concepts that deliver on all of the project’s functional and operational requirements while taking advantage of all innovations that can save construction time and overall project cost. HEA has provided quality water/wastewater services, general civil services, surveying, inspection and project management services to both

public and private clients.

Our professional services include, but are not limited to, water treatment and distribution systems, wastewater collection and treatment systems, instrument controls integration/SCADA/control systems, LEED certification support, surveying, paving and drainage, traffic engineering, transportation engineering, ground water hydrology, civil engineering and AutoCAD drafting, construction administration, engineering and construction support.  HEA is the Engineer of Record for the City of Eagle Point, Oregon (14 years), for two major Urban Renewal Agencies (15 years) and has been under contract with most of the major cities in southern Oregon for the past 20 years.
