Hardey Engineering & Associates, Inc. provides years of experience in civil engineering land surveying, construction administration and inspections, serving both public and private clients as well. Combining our desire to serve, our education and experience, and thorough understanding of projects and their process, we give our clients results that meet their needs and desires, while keeping overall costs to a minimum.
Hardey Engineering was established in 1981 and is well established in the community. We currently employ 25, including three professional engineers, six professional land surveyors, six engineering/CAD drafting technicians, three survey technicians, four construction inspectors, clerical and accounting staff. Our clients include private developers and other customers as well as public agencies including cities, counties, state agencies, and special service districts. We have worked with all aspects of public work projects from initial conception through construction.
PUBLIC WORKS: (view recent projects) Projects include: streets, parking lots, storm drainage systems, sanitary sewerage systems, water systems, storm detention systems, pedestrian/bike path systems, traffic signals, and traffic signing and striping projects. We take projects from initial conception through analysis, preparation of construction drawings and contract documents, bidding, construction, and final assessment and project completion. We do these types of projects through local improvement districts, federal or state-funded projects, or by using bond or capital improvement moneys. These projects are done for public agencies and clients in the private sector
LAND SURVEYING: Surveying and mapping services include: boundaries, plats, partitions, lot line adjustments, topographic surveys, construction staking, certification and A.L.T.A. surveys, and as-built surveys.
PLANNING: Planning services include, but are not limited to: lot line adjustments, partitions and subdivisions, flood plain modifications, planned unit developments, multiple family developments, and commercial developments.
LAND DEVELOPMENT DESIGN: (view recent projects) We provide professional services for developing a project from raw ground to completion of construction for various types of land developments including: residential and commercial subdivisions, planned unit developments, condominium developments, commercial developments, and industrial/warehouse complexes.
CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION AND INSPECTION: We provide professional services for administration of a project from raw ground to completion of construction for various types of land developments including: residential and commercial subdivisions, planned unit developments, condominium developments, commercial developments, and industrial/warehouse complexes.
